All you have to do is:

 

  1. Accept the terms in the user agreement and HIPAA policy.
  2. Register as a new user or login as a current user.
  3. Enter your identification information (if a new user), your ailment and past medical history.
  4. Select an appointment with the doctor.
  5. Secure your appointment by payment with an electronic check.
  6. Be on time for your appointment.
